Rebecca Foote, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in the state of California (Lic. # PSY17655) and has over 25 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Foote has been in private practice since 2000, initially in Palo Alto and now in Marin County. From 2000-2004, she also worked as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Santa Clara University where she taught Introduction to Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Advanced Topics in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Foote earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctoral degree in clinical and health psychology from the University of Florida. She completed her clinical internship at Stanford University School of Medicine/Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and the Children's Health Council in Palo Alto. She then spent a year as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Children's Health Council.
