Rebecca Foote, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in the state of California (Lic. # PSY17655). With over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families on a range of mental health and behavioral issues, Dr. Foote has maintained a private practice in Marin County since 2004. Prior to moving to Marin, Dr. Foote had a private practice in Palo Alto. During this time, she also worked as Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Santa Clara University where she taught Introduction to Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Advanced Topics in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Foote earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctoral degree in clinical and health psychology from the University of Florida. She completed her clinical internship at Stanford University School of Medicine/Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and the Children's Health Council in Palo Alto. She then spent a year as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Children's Health Council.
